Third time we were at this hotel. We booked a two-person room, but we were given a one-person room (#38). Because we only stayed one night, we didn’t want to complain. Also, we had to ask the staff for our lunch packages on check-out, they didn’t offer by themselves. The room was clean and the location of this hotel is downright perfect.

Greatly appreciated the box lunches and breakfast, as well as the friendly service at the front desk. In particular the very friendly and helpful young man on duty each day. He looked after all our needs with a smile. He seemed to be on duty most afternoons and evenings.

"The heart of Paris"
The location is not to be found any better. It's the real Paris with real Parisians walking and shopping and going to restaurants. Easy to get to, maybe except for the quite narrow and steep staircase of the hotel, no elevator!
